At Schwartz Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new furniture or home decor doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the furniture is in its original condition and securely repacked in the original packaging, including all hardware and assembly instructions.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will coordinate a convenient time for our logistics team to collect the item from your home.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
